You can download the purchased product via the Kofax Fulfillment Site. To do so, please:

  1. Launch your Web browser, go to https://delivery.kofax.com/ and click on 'Create a new account.'
  2. Enter the requested information in the Create a New Account window, being certain to complete the required fields indicated by the red asterisks (*), and your license Serial Number, provided in the Order Notification Email (you can add it afterward as well).
  3. You should immediately receive your credentials by email. If you do not receive the email, please check your junk/spam folder for an email from Kofax, Inc. . If the email is not there, please contact Kofax Technical Support for assistance.
  4. Once you have logged in, you will see the links of the products that you are authorized to download. If the links are greyed (disabled), there might be a problem with your maintenance contract (expired, or not properly linked to your user, via the serial number).
  5. If you encounter any problems, please contact Kofax Technical Support for assistance.
